Threat of massive nuclear retaliation has always worked as a deterrent in the past. Can’t see why it wouldn’t work now. Unless, of course, we are threatening a suicidal madman. Of course the treat of universal pre-K itself should act as a deterrent from electing Hillary.

If I remember correctly, we wouldn’t really need to do much at all if Iran attacked Israel - just get out of the way, and make sure everyone else did the same.
