Coming To Terms

We’re going to start trying to see the bright side in all of this if we go another couple of weeks and the Huckster racks up more wins and it frightens us because we kind of feel like the Addams Family in that second movie where their kids go to summer camp and the baby grows yellow curly hair. Its just un-natural.
But here goes…You know, even as we think about it, we sort of feel that he wouldn’t be so bad if his campaign would just get its act together and leash him away from all of the lying about John Bolton and the Chuck Norris. He could be okay even if he lacks foreign policy experience and believes that he should raise taxes because God tells him to. We mean, hey, at least we don’t have to kind of infer that God talks to him like we do with George Bush, right? Huck just admits it.
And he’s pro-life, right? Even though he took money from organizations that conduct embryonic stem-cell research and promote the widespread, over-the-counter availability of emergency contraception…and he’s finally got a handle on that whole Middle East conflict thingy, right?
Yeah, never mind. We’ll just go on with being depressed.
